Our Aerobics exercise is a quick circuit workout that is great for targeting each body part individually through a combination of exercises with or without equipment such as running, weights, squats, dumbbells, cycling, push up, jumping and so much more.

It’s best for cardiovascular fitness/endurance and core strength as it gives you better balance, ease in breathing, and reduce back pain. It is also a friendly beginner’s workout as the movements are paced according to your level of fitness.
